WIKISTIM is owned and maintained by The Neuromodulation Foundation, Incorporated (“TNF”). By registering to use WIKISTIM, you affirm your acceptance of the most recent version of our terms of use and privacy policy and that you are at least 18 years of age. WIKISTIM™ TERMS OF USE 

TNF does not guarantee the accuracy of the content of WIKISTIM, which, by design, will never be complete.

TNF is not liable for damages or injury resulting from access to or inability to access WIKISTIM or from the use of WIKISTIM.

TNF may interrupt or discontinue the functionality of WIKISTIM or change its content at any time.

WIKISTIM’s content is not a substitute for advice provided by a physician or other medical professional.

The following actions will terminate a user’s access to WIKISTIM:

• Using WIKISTIM to engage in illegal or fraudulent activity or in any manner that we determine to be objectionable.
• Transmitting any program designed to overload our server or interfere with the functionality or security of WIKISTIM.
• Violating any intellectual property or proprietary right.
• Sharing your password. (You must notify TNF as soon as you become aware of a security breach or of unauthorized use of your account; you bear full responsibility for any damages that might result from unauthorized use. We require that you keep your username and password confidential because all WIKISTIM users should agree to our terms of use. )

You own any material you submit to the WIKISTIM forum, and TNF may publish any portion of this material free of charge without accountability or liability, and you agree not to take action against us in relation to material that you submit.

TNF is not responsible for content posted on the WIKISTIM forum; however, TNF may remove any content at any time.

WIKISTIM may include links to sites that are owned or operated by third parties. TNF is not responsible for the content of such sites and is not liable for any damages or injury arising from WIKISTIM users’ access to or inability to access such sites.

You agree to indemnify TNF and its agents and vendors, and each of their officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from all damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which the Indemnified Parties might incur as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use. TNF reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any such matter for which you have agreed to indemnify the Indemnified Parties.

The failure of TNF to insist upon strict compliance with any of these terms of use is not a waiver with regard to any subsequent failure on a user’s part to comply with such terms. These terms of use, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Maryland, and any dispute related to these terms of use shall be adjudicated in the State of Maryland.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you register, TNF will collect your name, title, postal address, and email address. Your registration will constitute your agreement for us to download a “cookie” onto your browser.

WIKISTIM has Internet security measures in place and will take every reasonable precaution to protect your information. We will not sell your information under any circumstances, and we will not release your email address.

TNF will also make reasonable efforts to use your personal information and data about your use of WIKISTIM only for the purposes stated below:

• To improve WIKISTIM and work towards insuring its continuity by presenting aggregated and depersonalized data in support of funding applications.
• To diagnose any problems that might arise with our servers.
• To communicate with WIKISTIM users via email.
• As required by law.

TNF is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites you visit via a link from WIKISTIM.
